Kazakhstan Municipal Systems LLP — 45.86% of common shares; KBI Energy LLP — 39.32% of common shares; JSC "Unified Accumulative Pension Fund" — 13.54% of common shares. Kazakhstan Municipal Systems LLP is one of the largest energy companies in the republic. KKS Group is represented in Karaganda, South Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan and Mangystau regions. This year, the reputable rating agency Fitch Ratings confirmed the Stable outlook for Kazakhstan Municipal Systems LLP, assigning long-term issuer default ratings in foreign and national currency at the level of "BB-" and a national long-term rating of "BBB+(kaz)". The share of JSC Mangystau Electric Grid Distribution Company in the electricity distribution market of the Mangystau region is 90%.
