Astana, May 22, 2023 - RHT AlDigi Financial Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“RHTAFH”) and Biryuk Altyn LLP (‘Biryuk’) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) to invest in and commercialize the Biryuk gold mine with the support of the ONERHT ecosystem.

RHTAFH is a member of ONERHT, a Singapore-based multi-disciplinary professional and specialized services company, and Biryuk Altyn LLP owns a 56 square kilometer gold mine located 600 km from Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. The estimated reserves of the mine are 50-100 tons of gold.

Under the memorandum of understanding, RHT Strategic Advisory Pte. a subsidiary of RHTAFH. Ltd. will invest in Biryuk by providing a full range of professional and specialized services to ONERHT to further support Biryuk as it begins to commercialize the mine.

Through ONERHT, Biryuk Altyn will have access to deep expertise and experienced advisors supported by a full-service law firm RHTLaw Asia LLP, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), a regulated registered RHT fund management company DigiCapital Pte. Ltd, digital asset exchange SDAX and capital markets licensee RHT Capital Pte.

RHTAFH Director Mr. Jayaprakash Jagatesan said: “ONERHT has deep expertise in finance, law and corporate governance to support the needs of Kazakh businesses, including mining, oil and gas (”MOG") companies using Singapore as a hub to engage with South East. Asia and explore potential areas for collaboration."

The signing ceremony took place at the Kazakhstan-Singapore Business Forum in Astana in the presence of President Halima Yacob and Kazakh Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov.
