The Ordabasy Group Real Estate Fund was established in 2019. To date, the fund's own portfolio consists of 2 business centers with a total area of 6993 m2 located in the city of Almaty, as well as commercial premises and administrative buildings located in Karaganda and Shymkent with a total area of 18,994 m2. Thus, the total area of all premises under management is 25,987 m2, all areas are leased.
