The group of companies "Kazakhstan Utility Systems" is represented in 4 regions of the country - Karaganda, Turkestan, East Kazakhstan and Mangistau regions. The Group holds 33% of the electricity generation market, 28% of the electricity transmission market, 70% of heat supply (KKS provides heat to Karaganda), as well as 52% of electricity consumption in the Karaganda region. 

In the Turkestan region, KKS occupies 68% of the electricity transmission market and 66% of the energy retail sector. In the East Kazakhstan region, KUS owns 13.5% of the electricity sales market and 49% of the heat generation market. In Mangystau Oblast, the Group holds 90% of the electricity transmission and distribution market.
